Description

Text copied to clipboard!
We are looking for an Ethérapeute who can support individuals in a holistic well-being journey by considering the emotional, relational, behavioral, and, depending on the practice, energetic dimensions of their experience. This role is intended for a support professional who can create a caring, safe, and respectful environment, helping each person better understand their blocks, strengths, and personal growth goals. The Ethérapeute works with a diverse audience through individual sessions, group workshops, or broader well-being support programs. In this position, you will welcome clients, assess their needs, identify the issues they express, and propose support tailored to their situation. You must demonstrate strong presence, empathy, discernment, and professionalism. The objective is to promote lasting well-being, support emotional regulation, strengthen self-confidence, and encourage positive changes in daily life. The Ethérapeute works in strict accordance with professional ethics, the limits of their practice, and confidentiality requirements. This role does not replace licensed healthcare professionals when a situation requires medical or specialized psychological care, but may complement such support within a broader well-being framework. The ability to refer individuals to other specialists when necessary is therefore an essential part of the role. The position also requires the ability to structure sessions, ensure consistent follow-up, document support activities when required by the work setting, and adapt methods to the specific needs of each individual. Depending on the work environment, the Ethérapeute may collaborate with wellness centers, support organizations, associations, companies, or work independently. We are looking for someone with a strong professional posture, excellent communication skills, and a genuine ability to build trust. Sensitivity to holistic approaches, personal development, and human-centered support will be highly valued. The ideal candidate combines listening skills, method, respect for boundaries, and commitment to the quality of support provided. This role is well suited to a professional who wants to make a meaningful contribution to people’s well-being through a practice focused on human connection, individual progress, and ethical responsibility.
